Your mission
We’re looking for a new member to join our IT Support team at Ableton. You ensure a smooth workflow for your colleagues by providing hardware and software to fit their needs. Together with the rest of the team you provide expert advice and adapt tools for our diverse environment.

With your proactive, transparent and forward-thinking approach, you implement IT solutions and interact with external companies independently. Your open, clear and understanding way of communicating, along with your technical skills, shape and complete Ableton’s IT Support team. 
Your role
  • You prioritize and process incoming IT support requests alongside your team 
  • You install and maintain new technology and solve hardware and software problems for your colleagues
  • You communicate with other teams across the organization in person, over the phone and via email, and interact with external companies
  • You manage our tools used to access the network from mobile devices and via VPN
  • You maintain IT inventory and provide purchasing advice
Your profile
Skills and experience
  • You have worked in a Helpdesk environment and are comfortable with IT ticketing systems
  • You are familiar with troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, cloud services and software, including Microsoft Office
  • You have experience with user management in Active Directory 
  • You can communicate clearly and fluently in English

What makes you stand out
  • You are familiar with JIRA and Confluence
  • You have experience with software deployment (Filewave, LANDesk or SCCM)
  • You have knowledge in scripting languages (Powershell, Bash)
  • You are honest and confident enough to admit when you need to do further research to solve a problem
  • You have experience with printer management
